The series of YKZ-100 rotary convection ovens divide into 3 kinds ,electric ,gas and diesel oil fired.They can be used to bake bread,cake ,poultry and many others pastries,so they are not only applicable in kitchen of food factory,bakery and departments, but also are suitable for packinghouse, cake house, western biscuits house.

The whole of machine takes assembling type structure and its appearance is made of importing stainless steel, attaching standard electric parts. The trolly can rotary free, because of taking circumrotation pothook. To save energy ,it heated by  blast forcing hot air circulation system, which can enhance the efficiency of the thermal tranmission and reduce the heating time. The heating is uniform absolutely,since taking circulating hot air and rotary trolly. We set an air regulation and humidifying equipment at the exit of the hot air, which is in order to make the food more delicious and the temperature more suitable. It is especially useful for roasting cake, france bread and so on.
